Fear is the MindkillerI have talked about this before, but it's worth repeating. Fear is the biggest
challenge I face on a daily basis. Sometimes it eats me up from the inside, swallowing my breath and making moving out of
my bed a real hurtle in the day. Then there's the self-recrimination...starving kids in Africa would be so lucky to have my
problems, yadda yadda yadda.
It doesn't stop the fear from coming. It doesn't stop the fear from closing my air
off. It doesn't stop. The only way out is through. The only way to beat the fear, for me, is to chip away at the things
it tries to take away from me.
I don't always win, not every day. But there is always tomorrow.
Take
a deep breath, T, and follow the sign. Keep calm and carry on.
